I am a mum of 2 beautiful boys aged 4 and 8 and love keeping fit and healthy.
I run my group fitness classes from Yarrambat in Melbourne's north east. I like to train using Intervals, Tabata, Kettlebells, Body weight exercises and lots of functional movements. I believe that as long as your moving you are achieving!
Nutrition plays a major role in my life and I'm always searching for new clean recipes to try that are family friendly. I would love to share some with you all!
I want to inspire others to train hard and eat clean without feeling like your missing out on "the good stuff" to show you that its not that hard to get results.
